Marsha has a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, as an English as a Second Language teacher and has been teaching for four years. She also facilitates an English as a Second Language Conversation class at our local community college, College of Marin. She also volunteers to teach ESL at a local community service agency. She is a very good teacher: She has also won a teacher of the year award at one of her teaching positions. She knows how to make learning English fun and has lots of materials to draw on.
Before teaching ESL, Marsha had over twenty years of teaching experience. She taught junior and senior high school Biology, worked a few years in various medical practices, taught a college level Medical Assisting Program concentrating on Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Lab Skills such as venipuncture, injections, EKG's, urinanalysis etc.
